Fun at the pier . . .

I met up with this gorgeous family in Manhattan a couple of weeks ago for a reshoot – it was super windy the last time we tried to shoot and their poor girls were miserable – makes it hard to get good pics.  We had better weather this time and the girls did great.  Check out a few of my faves . . .

1.  Christian’s room is done!  He can come anytime now 🙂

2.  Filed our marriage certificate on Friday – just waiting on our official copies 🙂

3.  Last week of work coming up and it’s a three day week!

4.  Got to sleep in the last two days since I’m not shooting anymore until after the baby comes

5.  Heading to a 4th of July party at my brother’s now – God Bless America!!

1.  Working on the nursery with my dad tomorrow – putting up the curtains and a shelf 🙂

2.  Finally put up my new Gina Lee pics of the girls – not so new anymore 😛

3.  Three more days of work next week and I’m off until October!!

4.  Four day weekend with nothing planned except to finish the nursery and spend time with my hubby <3

5.  A super awesome wedding/push gift from my awesome hubby 😀

Married <3

I am now officially Mrs. Saldana 🙂  Joe and I were married this past Saturday at St. Catherine Laboure in Torrance with a lunch after.  It was a small affair with just immediate family – we are having a much larger wedding and reception next year to celebrate our one year with all of our family and friends 🙂  Joe’s mom came in Friday from Mexico to see us get married and will stay now until a few weeks after the baby comes.  It was a perfect day and I couldn’t be happier.  I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life married to the man of my dreams.

1.  Everything is set for the wedding this weekend – just need to pick up my dress from the tailor on Wednesday 🙂

2.  4 days until I marry the man of my dreams!!

3.  10 more days of work until my maternity leave – can’t wait to spend 12 weeks loving on our little guy <3

4.  Celebrated Joe’s first Father’s day yesterday 🙂 

5.  Had a great weekend with my baby – marriage class and a surprise party Saturday, movies and Father’s day dinner yesterday 🙂

11 months!!!

I cannot believe how quickly the months have passed and that this little guy will be turning a year next month and will graduate from my first year plan!  I will certainly miss seeing his adorable face every month – it has been a blast watching him grow!  Here are a few from his 11 month shoot 🙂  He looks like a little boy now – no more baby!

1.   36 weeks tomorrow – just four more until we meet our son <3

2.  Watching Joe put baby’s furniture together – I just love that man so much and I know he will be a wonderful father

3.  The letters that my friend and client made for Christian’s room – they turned out so adorable!!

4.  One of my favorite sitting charges is a big sister!!  She welcomed a healthy baby brother last week – I am so happy for them 🙂

5.  Blue box mac n cheese with little smokies – yummm 🙂
